We want your climbing adventure to be amazing, but safety is always our top priority. That means sometimes the weather might not cooperate. Here's what to expect if the weather looks dicey for your climbing tour:
We monitor the forecast closely. We'll check the weather reports well before your tour and keep you updated.
We may reschedule your climb. If the forecast predicts heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or any natural event that could make climbing dangerous, we'll offer you to reschedule your tour for another date with good weather conditions.
You can choose what happens next. If rescheduling isn't ideal, you can also choose to:
Cancel your tour and receive a credit for a future tour (good for 1 year). We understand that flexibility is important, especially for families!
Go on a modified tour (if possible). Sometimes, we might be able to adjust the location or activity based on the weather. We'll discuss this option with you if it's available.
Here's what we can't control:
Light rain or mild temperature changes. These shouldn't affect the climb too much, and the tour will go ahead as planned!
Sudden weather changes. Mountain weather can be unpredictable. If we need to cut the tour short due to unexpected bad weather, we'll do our best to ensure your safety and offer a your 20% booking fee back to you.
