We understand that life happens, and plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible deposit that never expires—so you can always reschedule your adventure when the time is right!

Cancellation Policy

🧗 Cancelling Your Tour:

More than 30 days before your tour: Receive a full refund of your 20% deposit.
Between 15 and 30 days before your tour: Your 20% deposit will be converted into a credit for a future tour—no expiration date!
Less than 15 days before your tour: No refunds or credits will be issued, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult to rebook the spot.

🛑 Cancellations by Us:

In the rare event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding natural weather events like rainstorms or wildfires), you will have the option to:

✅ Receive a full refund of your 20% deposit.

✅ Reschedule your tour at no additional cost—your deposit will be carried over (no expiration, subject to availability).

🔹 Important Notes:

This policy applies to all bookings, including private and group climbs.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour if minimum enrollment requirements aren’t met or if safety concerns arise due to participant actions—such cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Climbing Tour Weather Policy

Your safety is our top priority, and we keep a close eye on the weather leading up to your tour. Here’s how we handle unpredictable conditions:

If the Weather Looks Uncertain:

🔹 We closely monitor the forecast and will keep you updated before your tour.

🔹 If heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or unsafe conditions are expected, we will offer the option to:

✅ Reschedule your tour for a better weather day.

✅ Receive a credit for a future tour—your deposit never expires!

🔹 If conditions allow, we may modify the tour (e.g., adjust location or activity) to still provide an incredible climbing experience.

What We Can’t Control:

Light rain or minor temperature changes: These typically don’t impact climbing, and the tour will proceed as planned.
Sudden weather changes during a tour: If unexpected severe weather forces us to cut a tour short for safety reasons, we will reschedule your tour and / or give you a credit towards a future tour.
